A Little Box of Oblivion by Stephen Bean, directed by Corinne Teese
When a woman with green hair leaves a box with a stranger on a park bench, a colourful parade of characters come through to try to discover what is inside. Featuring the talents of Emma Tilley, Bec Teese, Jordan Teese, Christopher Harm and Lise' Leatherbarrow, the play is engaging and witty as the cast tries to guess just what is in the box!
Down Came a Jumbuck by Ian Austin, directed by Alan Stick
Just how did one of our most iconic songs come into being? Budding copywriter Andy's job is to help advertising agency head Hubert and the inimitable Miss Church write a new jingle in 1890s Australia. Comedy ensues as three very different creative powers vie to shape and develop the song. Showcasing the talents of Chris Harm, John Leatherbarrow and Lise' Leatherbarrow, the audience is taken on a speculative journey into the development of a song that is at the very core of Australiana.
